Abstracts

We encourage all participants to submit an abstract. Please indicate if you prefer an oral or poster presentation. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for an oral presentation. We will also offer two-minute poster flash talks for all poster presenters.

Steps:

  1. Download the abstract template: Download Template
  2. Complete the template (please adhere to the style of the template. Your complete submission must not exceed 1 DIN A4 page)
  3. Save your abstract with your surname in the file name
  4. Upload your abstract until 30.04.2026 with the form below:

Poster Award

Biophysics Austria will present four poster awards (two per poster session) to recognize outstanding research presentations by early-career scientists (up to and including postdoctoral researchers). Each award is endowed with €200.

Posters will be evaluated based on scientific quality, clarity of presentation, and the presenter’s ability to communicate their research effectively during the poster sessions.

We encourage all PhD students and postdocs to submit abstracts and compete for these awards.
